How much is shipping?

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world!  Keep in mind the total with shipping does not include any duties or taxes you may have to pay.

How quickly will you ship my cupcake stand?

We ship all orders usually within one to three business days unless you are otherwise notified.

Can you ship my order the same or next day?

Often we can accommodate expedited requests. Just contact us directly from the website. Keep in mind, depending on where you live you still may have to upgrade your shipping in order to receive your cupcake stand in time for your event.

Where are you located?

We are located in Michigan, in the USA, and ship everywhere in the world.

Can I purchase replacement parts or upgrade to a bigger stand?

Yes!! We currently do not have that option available on our website, but will soon. But in the mean time email us and let us know what you need and we can help you out!!

Is the cupcake stands available in other colors?

At this time we only have white and black available. We have had some creative customers who have covered the layers with paper (such as scrapbook paper) or even bought both colors to mix match them black and white.

Are the edges of the stands finished?

Yes! We paint to edges of all of our stands to give you a beautiful finish, so you can use your stand with or without ribbon.

Many things can work. You can use double sided tape, glue dots, or hot glue. My favorite choice is using hot glue. I put a small dot every 4 inches or so, and pull the ribbon tightly when attaching it, so there is no slack in the ribbon when wrapping the ribbon along the edges. After your event and you want to remove the ribbon, it pulls off easily, and most of the time the dried hot glue pulls off with the ribbon. But if it doesn't come off with the ribbon, because we finish the edges of all of our stands with paint, the glue picks off super easily, without harming the cupcake stand. You can save your used ribbon for another day. This is the most budget friendly method to get the most optimal usage out of your cupcake stand. We want to see everyone get as much use as possible out of their cupcake stand!

Can I share photos of my cupcake stand designs with you?

Absolutely! In fact we ask that you do! Our goal is not just to sell cupcake stands, but to help everyone come up with ideas for different parties and events. Can I use my cupcake stand for things other than cupcakes?

YES! The possibilities are endless! Chocolate covered strawberries, mini sandwiches or sliders, small dishes with different salads, appetizers and H'orderves, or many other desserts.
